• Numerous shops within a 10-minute walk: ALDI, Intermarché (with parking), pharmacies, several bakeries, a butcher's shop, a fishmonger's, a rotisserie-caterer (good products), an Asian caterer, several takeaway pizzas, sushi, fast food burgers, several small convenience stores...

Getting around

You can get around very easily: on foot, by bus with a stop nearby or by car.
The Promenade des Anglais is a 12-minute walk away. The tramway is less than 10 minutes' walk away and provides access to the old town of Nice in 10 minutes or to the airport in 20 minutes. All shops nearby. Bus at the foot of the building and 50m away. Tram/bus tickets cost €1.70, or various passes are available.

Other things to note

Various shops can be found at the bottom of the avenue: Aldi, ‘Intermarché’ supermarket (with parking), several bakeries (‘La Lorraine’ and ‘le Passage’ are very good), a butcher's shop, a good quality rotisserie, an Asian delicatessen, several takeaway pizzas, several small convenience stores, pharmacy, hairdressers... If you like sushi, you can go to OMURA sushis, a 10-minute walk away, which makes very good products, or have them delivered by ‘Planet Sushis’.
Some small shops are closed on Mondays.

The easiest way to get around Nice is by tram. Rechargeable cards can be bought at stations. They are also valid for buses.
