The space

Welcome to our 3-star villa, a haven of peace nestled in the heights of Nice, in Aspremont, where serenity, space and nature combine to offer an unforgettable stay. Designed to accommodate up to 12 people, this spacious, light-filled house is ideal for holidays with family, friends or for a peaceful retreat, all within easy reach of the hustle and bustle of Nice.

A deposit of €2,500 will be required along with proof of identity to secure the rental.

As soon as you enter, you'll be charmed by the generosity of the space and the brightness of the rooms. The upper floor opens onto a welcoming hallway leading to a large, separate 27 m² kitchen, perfectly equipped for preparing delicious meals to share. The 39 m² lounge, bathed in natural light, invites you to relax with its comfortable sofas (one of which converts), and gives access to a pleasant terrace offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding vegetation.

An internal staircase takes you to the lower floor, where the sleeping area unfolds harmoniously. The first 25 m² room is equipped with a sofa bed and a toilet, allowing you to welcome guests in complete privacy. The corridor then leads to four beautiful bedrooms:

An 18 m² bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom

A second 18 m² bedroom with double bed and direct access to the terrace

A third 14 m² bedroom, also with double bed and access to the exterior

A fourth 20 m² bedroom, with a double bed, access to the terrace and private bathroom

An additional bathroom and separate toilet complete the ensemble for optimum comfort.

Outside, the 2,000 m² garden, which is partly flat, offers a rare and soothing setting, with a splendid view of Mont Chauve. Whether you're reading in the shade of the trees, having lunch in the countryside or enjoying an aperitif at sunset, every corner of this garden is an invitation to relax.

Parking is no problem, thanks to the free parking spaces available on site. And for those wishing to explore the Côte d'Azur, the location is ideal: in less than 15 minutes, you can be in Nice, with its beaches, colourful markets and lively old town.
