Located in a bustling shopping district, close to Cannes' Cineum cinema, this spacious, fully renovated two-room apartment can accommodate up to four people.

It consists of a main room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The living room has a lovely balcony. The toilet is separate for added comfort.

The balcony allows you to enjoy meals with a beautiful view of the pool and gardens of the residence.

Free, non-private parking spaces are available near the residence.

Neighbourhood

The residence is a large holiday residence whose entrance is actually located 50 metres from the postal address.
You must go to 11 avenue Pierre SEMARD.
It is a very commercial and popular neighbourhood. A few kilometres from the centre of Cannes. A pretty square nearby regularly hosts a lovely Provençal market.
The new Cineum cinema is 10 minutes away by bus. 50 metres away is a very pretty square bustling with shops, restaurants and a weekly market and night market every Wednesday evening.

Transport

The bus connecting Mandelieu, Le Cannet and Cannes centre passes in front of the residence. The Cannes la Bocca SNCF train station is also nearby.
