In a beautiful old building, WITHOUT a lift, on the 4th floor, in a recently renovated neighbourhood.
This large loft/studio is ideally located for doing everything on foot.
Tastefully renovated and well equipped, large open living space, kitchen area and bar counter.
3 sleeping options, including 2 mezzanine beds in 2 separate areas and 1 fold-out rapido bed in the living room.
Shower room and separate toilet.
Sunny, not overlooked with a lovely unobstructed view, quiet. View of GARIBALDI and glimpse of the sea!
Comfortable air conditioning and heating.
High-speed WiFi internet, large-screen TV and Netflix.

We take particular care with cleaning and meticulously disinfect the entire flat between each stay.

The separate sleeping areas are easily accessible. The mezzanines are approximately 1.30 m high. It is perfectly possible to sit up in bed without any problems. They are accessed via the central staircase. Be careful not to fall! We accept no responsibility in the event of a fall.
