The apartment enjoys a south-facing aspect, providing plenty of natural light throughout the day as well as unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains. It features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a fold-out sofa bed in the living room, making it suitable for a couple, a family or a small group of friends.

The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, ceramic hob, combination microwave oven, filter coffee machine, toaster and everything you need to prepare your meals. The bathroom has a shower, whilst the toilet is separate for added comfort. There is also plenty of storage space available.

The property is situated in a quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from Barcelonnette town centre, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, cafés and local markets. Free public parking is available right outside the building.

In winter, you can easily reach the ski resorts of the Ubaye Valley, such as Pra Loup, Le Sauze/Super Sauze and Sainte-Anne, which are accessible by car or via the free shuttle buses located nearby. In summer, the region is a true paradise for lovers of hiking, mountain biking, road cycling, paragliding and white-water sports. The trails of the Mercantour National Park, the legendary passes of the Tour de France and Lake Serre-Ponçon offer plenty of opportunities to get away from it all.
